Most of us hate all those green bananas, so here is a little tip to speed up the ripening process.
To speed up banana ripening, place bananas in a paper bag, which traps the ripening agent, ethylene gas.
You can also add an apple or other ethylene-producing fruit to the bag for faster ripening.
